- Dr. Steve L. McMullin specializes in the human dimensions, policy and administration of natural resource management. His research focuses on public involvement in decision-making processes and effective planning for natural resources conservation.
- Dr. McMullin teaches a senior-level undergraduate course entitled, "Human Dimensions of Fisheries and Wildlife," and a graduate course entitled, "Leadership and Communications for Natural Resource Professionals. " He also teaches or coordinates continuing education courses for natural resource professionals.
- Dr. McMullin's teaching integrates his academic research experience with 12 years of experience as a fisheries manager and administrator for the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
